Project description
Safety Gate watches laparoscopic surgery video in real time — NVIDIA Cosmos spots bleeding and lost view, NVIDIA Nemotron VL (via W&B Inference) tracks the Critical View of Safety checklist, and alerts fire when something goes wrong. Every call is traced in W&B Weave, the case becomes a searchable log with an auto-summary, and each judgement is exported as Cosmos post-training data; it observes and alerts, never advises.
