Motivation: safety is important for workers in the construction site. After talking to site supervisors, we understood that the main safety concern is not physical, but in the mental well-being of the workers. The well-being include many things: wage, mood of the day, etc. Site supervisors understand worker wellbeing by either talking to them or from their body languages. While we cannot directly improve the worker well-being, we can at least consistently check their body languages to make sure workers are metally well — hence safe — like their supervisor does.
